CHEMICAL DOSING SKIDS
Our Packaged Dosing Integration business was first started in 1993 by one of our parent company’s subsidiaries, Advanced Controls Pte Ltd. The business has since been merged with Advanced CAE, along with its team of professional staff with extensive experience. With our track record of delivering successful projects spanning over two decades, customers can be assured of reliable solutions.
Advanced CAE provides a one-stop shop for all your chemical dosing needs, ranging from design, factory manufacturing, commissioning, start-ups, supply of spare parts and upgrading to on-site maintenance. All systems are factory tested, including full pressure and logic test, to ensure trouble free installation and start up at site.

Odorizes natural gas / town gas / LPG due to safety regulations. We supply de-odorisation systems as well.
Tapping on our experience and technological know-how, from Advanced Controls and Advanced CAE we design and build customized, maintainable gas odorisation systems that are proven to be reliable in the field.
All systems are factory tested including full pressure and logic test to ensure trouble free installation and start up at site. Advanced CAE provides a one-stop shop for all your chemical skid needs, from design, factory manufacturing, commissioning, start-ups, supply of spare parts and upgrading to on-site maintenance.
CATALYST METERING SYSTEM
The Catalyst Metering System is used in Poly-propylene plant (PP) for metering and transferring of catalyst paste or mud to process.
This equipment consists mainly of Catalyst Transfer Cylinders and Catalyst Metering Cylinders.
Catalyst paste is transferred from the catalyst dispersion drum to Catalyst Metering Cylinders using Catalyst Transfer Cylinders for gentle handling of the catalyst and to completely empty the catalyst dispersion drum.
Catalyst Metering Cylinders are two carefully machined and finished jacketed barrels each fitted with close-tolerance piston. On one side of the piston is the catalyst paste and the other side is the hydraulic oil. The oil is pressurized and pumped into the barrel at a controlled volumetric rate, this moves the piston and feeds the catalyst mud into the process.
For continuous operation, each of the cylinders can be supplied so that one cylinder can be filled while the other feeds to the process.
Due to the volatile and combustible nature of catalyst the moment it is exposed to air (oxygen), we incorporated many sophisticated safety features into the system.
